Our lamb is sourced from approved producers in the central South Island
a region renown for producing well-rounded, tender and succulent lamb. It is then matured by traditional methods for up to 14 days to ensure that the sweet flavours and tenderness develops.

This produce must be Quality Mark certified to be allowed on our premises.
 We have all the hard to get lamb cuts , such as backs-traps, french racks, fillets, crumbed cutlets,  crown roasts, lamb topsides, mini-rumps,  noisettes,  boneless shoulders, diced lamb shoulder,  lamb denver leg steaks, lamb patties and burgers,   lean lamb mince and   Lamb and Mint sausages, Greek lamb sausages
We have limited Organic Frozen Taupo Lamb legs in store
roast or cut into chops
